(More customer reviews)So most people probably realize this from the description "Glazed", but I did not realize this item is glazed on both the exterior and interior.I had read that an unglazed interior is better for keeping salt dry.However, when I got it and realized my mistake, I just figured I'd use it anyway.So far, no problems with salt getting wet or sticking together (I use coarse kosher salt).And this one was a lot cheaper than the unglazed models.I am happy with my purchase.
