Our other Olde Thompson set was 20+ years old and still perfectly fine, but we wanted a larger set so we'd have to fill them less often.We love the adjustable pepper grinder.My son and I like it coarse, but my husband prefers a finer grind.It will last a long time.We passed our older set on for more years of use by another family.
