I have been using them for about 2 weeks. I have not seen a change in my asthma, or allergies yet, but the rag weed, and other pollens are strong where I live. I have seen a difference in my babys allergies. I also take care of my nephew, and when he comes in the morning his nose is running, and after his afternoon nap by the lamp the drainage is almost gone. I love the calm amber light it gives off the most, I think even my husband is more relaxed when he's around it.(That makes it worth while to me!)
