and i was frightened waiting for this item
a week later i had in may hand 2 beautifully designed brushed steel Kalorik Mills
and after inserting 4aa batteries in each i was amazed how smooth and effortless they work .
button is very easy to push, refiling is a breeze, looks are astounding, adjusting is easy and gradual, grinds without stoppages like some other mills i saw, easy to repl. batts, AA's will last longer(how long - i will keep you posted), light is not a necessity bud handy enough especially for salt so you see application, cons: mils fast but not commercial kitchen fast if you want a half pound of pepper in 30 second this item is not for you but for home usage (family environment) this thing is perfect,
did not come with SALT AND PEPPER like pictured
this item has been in my possession for 1.5 week i will keep you posted if i notice anything new
ihave no idea what the other reviewer here is talking about (he may have a defective item i would try switching salt/pepper around in mills and see if it problem remains)
